Any tips, advice, or knowledge on real estate?

I am 21 years old and I want to be an entrepreneur, specifically in real estate. I have ideas on buying an apartment building but I have no idea how to go about it, what the best path to take is, or the right people to talk to? I am about to finish my General Transfer 2 year degree at a community college, but I don't want to transfer to a University. I was planning on getting a business degree but that takes money and time. I want to start my career now and don't want to go into debt.

I have been researching online about what to do and I have a basic understanding but I feel that is nowhere near enough information to get started. I am also wondering if it is worth while or even worth it at all to get a real estate license? My question would be, Is there any books, seminars, people, or anything I can do to further my knowledge in real estate? Any tips and advice would also be highly appreciated.

Where is the money coming from to fund this. You won't get a bank loan at your age.

That is the first and most important step.
