My family is going on the paleo diet after our kitchen is done. I downloaded a few apps with a food list. I noticed that avocado oil is on the list that you can eat. My question is can you fry and sauté with avocado oil?

Yes, though it's expensive to deep fry with.

Yes you can. It is very similar in consistency and behavior to olive oil. It is extremely expensive.

Yes, you can use it for both frying and sautéing. It has a high smoke point.
