Comebacks and insults are juvenile.
That said, the best ones are always going to be those that wrench at the other person's insecurities. (Such as weight, height, being single, being poor, being unattractive, having an ugly partner, etc.)
Why? Because if you said something like "You're a f*cking sonufab*tch" to them, that is only YOUR OWN opinion, and not that of the whole world. Attacking the other person's insecurities reveals a MASSIVE and WIDESPREAD opinion of others about you (which is often undeniable). It will hurt them deep down and tear them up in private.

Depends on the situation and what you're arguing about, for example this kid was giving it to me on Xbox and I sell his mum drugs, so I told him that I'm the one killing and poisoning his mum with drugs and I can make sure she can get a dodgy bag.
