In a tree I have a lot of wild cherry's, any idea what to do with it (juice, cake). recipe.?

You can do various things with them:

...flash freeze them (then put in a ziptop bag to keep in freezer for later use--mostly cooking)

...make sauces (for over meats, pancakes/icecream/sweets/pies/cheesecake, etc)...freeze some of the sauces after cooking too

...put inside muffin and pancake batter, or use in quick breads or yeast breads (maybe along with nuts)

...mix with sugar and mash...freeze for later, or make jam (or freezer jam)

...put them in smoothies or yogurt, or use some of the frozen ones in smoothies/yogurt

...eat a lot of them just as they are, or use in "mixed fruit salads"

pies!! use a recipe for sour or really tart cherries, make Jam or jelly!! I package up a lot of cherries and freeze them to make pies and cobblers during the winter! Wash, pit, place on cookie sheets and freeze. then put into zip lock bags!

It depends on the type of cherries. If you live in the East, they are probably sour and can be used for brewing things like lambics (beers). Western cherries are sweet and are better for eating out of hand or in pies.

take a small branch of the tree, with the cherries on it to a garden center to find out what kind they are and take it from there.

You can make anything from pies to pancake syrup from cherries.

if the cherry's are wild I don't think you should consume them. I mean If u no what kind of cherry's they are then yeah but what if they r poisionous
