How do i convert multiple .rar and .r files to an ISO file?

So, i just downloaded a torrent for Fable 2 for the xbox 360. I got a multitude of rar files, all the same size, with the same name and all containing 1 single iso file. In the download directory i also got a few .r files numbered rom 30 to 66. How do i extract these files into a single .iso file?

    Right click the first one and use the winrar (or 7zip, winzip, winace, etc) context menu to extract it to the folder of the same name.
