Anyone know how long a 85ah battery will take to charge from flat? Batter charger is a 6amp, AC 230-240v / 50Hz, 0.5A?

Start with 85 / 6 = about 14.
Because batteries aren't totally efficient, you need to put more charge into them than you get back, so add maybe 20% more charging.
14 x 1.2 = about 17 hours.
This isn't an exact number, but it will need something like that.
