¿Por que no me deja cerrar, minimizar, maximizar el explorer.exe?

Update:

resulta que no puedo cerrar ni minimizar/maximizar las ventanas de mis aplicaciones abiertas (Salvo el Edge, ahi no hay problema), ya pase el ccleaner, reinicie, actualice...y nada? que podrá ser?

    Por que quieres hacer eso? El explorer.exe es el escritorio, la barra de tareas, la GUI...

    reinicia? funciono? no! reinicia modo prueba de errores! pasale un antivirus! funciono? no! restaura la maquina! funciono? no! Formatea :D
