I don't know if to vote in or out someone explain what happens?

vote in is a win for the rich you lose whatever happens but out and they feel the pain too

Vote Remain things more or less stay the same and to be honest even the government are unsure what will happen if we vote out but in general everything will rise including unemployment and we will need a visa to go anywhere in EU. If we exit EU there will be a budget and first things to go up will be alcohol, cigarettes, petrol, council tax and a cut in child benefits and child and working tax credits and disability living allowance, holiday pay, maternity pay and sickness benefit and a rise in the amount of tax we pay, Good luck
