One that's just not a full time vegan, and likely eats mostly vegan for health reasons.

Absolutely none. There isn't a vegan that eats seafood, eggs or drinks milk. Even "veggans" (vegans who eat eggs) are not vegan. Vegan=no animal products.

If a vegan eats seafood, eggs and milk, then they are not vegan, just vegetarian. (An ovolacto-pescetarian to be precise.)

Might as well ask me what kind of circle has six equal sides. There very question defeats itself; there is no circle with six equal sides (shapes with six equal sides are called hexagons) and there are no vegans that eat meat, eggs and dairy (those are called meat eaters. Those that eat fish, eggs and dairy are called pescatarians. Shrimp...? Maybe arthropotarian would be an appropriate word, but that would imply you ate other arthropods...)

You're certainly not a vegan because you eat dairy. Simply as that. You could classify yourself as a vegetarian although I think there is a special name for someone who eats fish

A farm born, lactose intolerant and chicken hearted, piscetarian, who married a Vegan

Well this isn't vegan, not even vegetarian despite what most people think, I believe it's called the paleo diet but don't quote me on it.
