Need assistance with weight gain, please help!!!?
So i am a 19yr old male, i am 182cm tall and weigh in at 63kg (138 pounds) now i know that is skinny but my body has literally no fat left because i always do dips, push ups, sits up, squats and other workouts as well as bicep curls with and i do all of these with different variations of the exercises to target more different muscles in the area. i am trying to fatten up but i found out the other day that i have a high metabolism so im doing things to try and cut that out. im starting to eat different food to gain but im wondering, should i also start taking some mass gaining supplements to help me with this? (i also do a lot of cardio)
pls help and give me ideas
