There is a video of their submission grappling training / sparing, this is so much closer to my house. Not really martial arts but for grappling?

    Honestly? That's some of the worst technique I've ever seen. People trying judo throws and not doing them cleanly. People doing takedowns (or trying to), but then not ending up in proper (dominant) position. A very sloppy arm bar. A bad attempt at a heel hook or leg lock.
