How can I lose a little weight?
I am going on vacation in a month to Florida. How can I lose 10-15 pounds before vacation? Or at least get lose a little belly fat.

Weight lifting burns more calories than cardio. If your looking to lose fat in a month, find out your resting metabolic rate(which is the calories your body needs to maintain your current weight) eat about 300-500 calories less than that number. Make sure your getting about 0.75 grams of protein per pound of your body weight(if you weigh 200lbs, eat 150 grams of protein) Make sure you lift weights properly for about 30 minutes(hit all muscle groups). Do decent cardio for 20 minutes after your workout. Do decent cardio for 30 minutes first thing when you wake up. Be sure to get plenty of water throughout the day.

Avoid white foods (White bread, white rice, white sugar, white potato, white flour containing products) Eat whole grains, protein, low fat dairy, veggies and fruit. You will lose weight in no time.

reduce your caloric intake to 1000-1200 and start walking at least 4 miles per day every day - 8 lbs will come off in less than 4 weeks

Eating smaller portion size and healthier food and taking multi vitamin.
& take daily vigorous walks, you will see a difference in one week
