Ubuntu installation error?

So im trying to install ubuntu on to my acer laptop but on the second step of installation where it says install third party drivers but when i fill out everything it wont stop loading it just wont finish no matter how long i wait..I need help im using an HP usb if you need to know..PLEASE HELP!!

    If that gives you an error- then try without installing 3rd part software. You can always add it later.

    Ubuntu is usually trouble free. I am using Ubuntu Mate now.
