Sorry for using test - for some reason it the only way I could post it.

I just chipped my lower left first molar and made an appointment to see a dentist tomorrow . What I am worried about is I am recovering from Bells Palsy (about 85-90% recovered) and it is generally said to try and wait till you are fully recovered to have any dental work done. Obviously while I am in no pain it needs to be looked at but will a dentist know what do do in my case or do I need to see some kind of dentist with extra training? In particular I am worried since I have nerves growing back is it OK to have numbing injection?
