Is this e-mail really from Yahoo?

I received a supposed email from Yahoo telling me to log in to my account within the next 30 days if I want to keep it active. The email claims that I haven't logged in for a while. I log in just about every day. Can anyone explain?

    In order to even see that email you must log in. Of course it is a scam. Official mail from Yahoo has a Y in a purple box to the left of the Yahoo name in the mail list.

    It's a scam to hack your account. It's sent out by the same scammers posting the fake tech support numbers here.

    If it isn't true it's a scam. Delete it.
