Why are you a conservative?!?

Having been on both sides I found that I respect the U.S. Constitution and want it followed. Less governmental

intrusions into my life and more responsibility for what I do.

Although, the ideologies in today's Political World may have many names....liberal, conservative, left, right, Democrat, Republican, Independent, Libertarian, Communism, Socialism, and many others........ and these labels may have different meanings in different Countries ....... they ALL break down into either of the only two truly defining political ideals of "Individualism" and "Collectivism".

And, the real political battle lies between the two.

We all fall into one or the other on the one true political spectrum.......we are either Individualists or Collectivists, no matter what else we may call ourselves.

It is pretty simple to ascertain which political ideal America's Liberals promote and which political ideal America's Conservatives promote.

I am an Individualist.

I am only fiscally conservative, but that's because I live in NY state and they take way too much from my small business and my wife's bz. Then they use that to make themselves rich first, fund jobs that cost $250,000 each, and bribe voters who continue to live in poverty. 30% poverty in every large upstate NY city, and the media and wealthy connected ignore it.

Why do you think that it's a choice? People's political ideologies are determined by how they were raised and/or what their values and beliefs are. It's not something that you choose.
