Can someone without Wifi calling call you if you have Wifi calling?

I unfortunately have wifi calling and I absolutely hate it. Now I have to deal with it because it wont turn off unless I turn the internet off on my phone. I'm wondering if anybody without wifi can call me or message me now that I am stuck on wifi calling.

Of course. It wouldn't make sense to limit WHO could call you. What you did when you chose "Wi-Fi Calling" was to say that you only wanted to be able to make or take calls when your phone was connected to the Internet. Whereas most people also have cell phone service (3G, 4G, etc.).

    So, to sum things up:

    - Your phone has the limitation. It'll only work when you connect to a Wi-Fi signal.

    - Anyone can **try** to call you. If you have a Wi-Fi connection your phone will ring, if not, the caller probably gets your voice mailbox.

    - Turn on "Airplane Mode" if you don't want to be bothered with calls...
