Exactly how many religions are there in total?

The number grows everyday. If you wish, you can start one. Region is lucrative business. You will produce hypocrites.

Too many. Enough to prove that the vast majority are a lie, if not all of them. Buddhism and Confucianism kind of make sense.

Hundreds and hundreds of them. If I remember rightly there are about 70 or 80 officially registered religions worldwide and they all say their religion is the real and true one and they all say thier god is the only real and true god.

Many, but there is only one true religion.

Two. The true religion from God described in the Bible and a myriad of false religions. So all you have is from God or from Satan.
