My classical ballet award is tomorrow and my knee came out of place today and is really hurting, how can I try to make it sturdy enough to dance on before then?

I don't understand the TDs other answer ears have gotten for telling you the unfortunate fact, but they are right: you must allow this sort of injury to heal. I see by your Q&A that the same thing happened to you two years ago. I suspect you didn't allow it to heal completely at that time, resulting in a weakness which cases the injury to recur. You need to see a physical therapist who understands ballet dancers to give you some exercises to strengthen your knees. If you have hyperextended knees you need a teacher who is knowledgeable in training hyperextended dancers because they have special needs that are not addressed in the average recreational school.
