My classical ballet award is tomorrow and my knee came out of place today and is really hurting, how can I try to make it sturdy enough to dance on before then?

I really want to do this but I need a way without takeing pills (I'm 13) does anyone have a good way?

How can I stop them I dont need then cos im thirteen!

okay,im going to be long and boring and tell you me and my friends story. When she joined my school we were best friends. And everyone knew. Then we had our first argument. It was only because her other friend had talked to me,and she told my bf what i said twisting the words and the girl said to my bff that i said this about her 'she is and idiot and my worst enemy' instead of 'she is awesome and my bff'. We made up and became stronger than ever. But then we fell out because i sat with her other bf on a bus and she wanted too. But yesterday,we fell out just because me her and another girl and me and the girl left the changing rooms without her. But since the fall out before that,the other girl became mates with us too. it was like My bf was living to annoy me,wind me up. She became fragile,and at any words i said to her, she said she hated me. I love her,and our new mate,but only alone not together. Should i try to make up with her or should i leve it and go on with my other friends?

i got a bob,i dont like it,and by a year i want it sorta long. When i go out its so short my neck freezes,i just want it to grow,so i can have my long hair back,how do i grow it long again in a year?

i got a haircut a few days ago. I had my hair an inch below shoulders and i asked for 1 and a half inches cut and it should be a cm above my shoulders but its a cm above my chin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My neck is completly showing and it frames my face worng ,im not sure if i love it or hate it. I need ideas,i know i can do buches but i dont know how to cope with it, yesterday i woke up and forgot my hair was SO short and pulled my fingers through and i was uttlerly horrorfied whe my hair fell from my grasp at my chin! Im so scared it wont grow at all cos my hair grows like an inch a year,i dont want to show my mates cos theyl laugh. Help me how can i tie it back and get used to wearing it short?

ok,so i love bobs,my hair is to my shoulders and ive been growing it out for a year. One of my best friends got a bob today,she looks awesome,i now want one. Shes all for it,but should i get it chin length or a inch or two longer

ok,so i cut my bangs 5 minutes ago. I cut them wet,and pulled them straight while cutting. I didnt realise that you end up with an inch shorter when pulling. SNIP and even though they looked awful id cut such a big chunk i had to chop the rest of. And when i blow-dryed them,they got an inch shorter. I look 9 and i hate it. I have about a quarter inch of hair growth a month,so it will be 8 months before they grow back. Help meeeeee!!!!!!
