Please help! Im petrified of doing my front walkover!?
Ive been able to do a front walkover for over A YEAR. Ive always been scared, but now im so frightened I cant do it anymore :-( please help me,its so frightening :-(:-( any answers appreciated

You need to figure out what is scaring you and why first. After that figure out what you can do to "fix" it. Work with a spotter again until you get your confidence back.
