We should just accept mediocrity as the new norm, we haven't seriously competed for major honours for a long long time! We aren't at that level!

It needs to be someone like Klinsman who will revamp the entire youth development program for England.

They should not limit their options to one or the other. They need to identify the best available option whether it's a foreigner or not.
