No, it is highly unlikely you will ever encounter one. I have lived here for over 40 years, and I do not think I have ever seen one here, that was actually in use. I have seen them in bathroom showrooms, aimed at rich folk, but never seen one actually in use, or installed in someone's bathroom.

Generally no - I have seen them and used them in New Zealand although they are extremely rare.

I have seen the odd one or two in hotels, but no, they are not at all common in NZ

Very very rarely, and certainly not in public toilets.
