La Liga is a fantastic league, there's no doubt about that, in fact I'd say that after the English Premier League, La Liga is the best league in the world, the PL is obviously better, as English teams dominate spanish ones in europe, like when Liverpool destroyed villareal, and when man city beat sevilla, man city also dominated real madrid home and away in the cl, however real advanced due to referee bias and bus parking, so i think we can safely say that La Liga is a strong 2nd place

5 Reasons why it's so good?

#1, high quality teams, la liga has great teams like real madrid, barcelona and atletico madrid in it, these teams are powerful and besides altetico which is a feeder team, barcelona and real have very string pulling power

#2, competitiveness, whilst la liga is a predictable two horse race, when we look at ligue 1, serie a and bundesliga, this is actually better and more competitive than most other top leagues

#3, youth policies, spanish clubs let youth players shine and have very strong academies, the league is full of spanish players which has given them a very strong national team in the past, however the current manager is clueless and picks the wrong players

#4, best players in the world play there, la liga features 3 of the top 10 players in the world, ronaldo is the best player in the world, messi is 3rd after Hazard, and luis suarez is 7th after terry, aguero and vardy

#5. good passing, la liga teams pass the ball very well, and players know how to receive the ball, they have a very good first touch, in most other leagus players give away the ball almost 30% of the time due to a horrendous first touch, however thiis seems to be less frequent iin la liga, as players recieve the ball well, however this may be due to the lower tempo and intensity of games, compared to say premier league or bundesliga for exampple
