Antabuse can be dangerous, and has been shown to only make people sick when they drink, and not take away the desire to drink. Participants in studies have been known to drink anyway because they will still get the alcohol (antibuse doesn't "neutralize" it or make it disappear in your system) and not care if they feel ill anyway, just because they want a drink that bad. It also has a list of other side-effects and there are possible allergic reactions (which are pleasant but not usually deadly). It isn't some Ludovico method for people who drink too much. It just gives you the hangover at the same time as you're drunk.

So to answer your question, although Antibuse does exist, it's effectiveness is questionable, it's safety is debated, and it also reacts with caffeine which means someone could have a bad day just from a cup of coffee. That's all that's out there (other than chemicals which are extremely harmful), and it doesn't seem that's what you want.

Antabuse, it was originally made from the inkcap fungus. This fungus is edible if you ate strict teetotal but ut violently reacts with evensmall amounts of alcohol, caausing severe vomiting.

There is, it's called disulfiram, trade name Antabuse. I don't think it's prescribed as much as it used to be.
