How do I report spam emails being received from an sbcglobal client in my contacts list?

I have contacted this girl so many times to tell her that her contact list has been harvested and is being used to send out spam emails with malicious links in them. Is there any way to contact her provider and report this? Spam emails that include links is how ransomeware is being spread and I would just love to put a stop to this so the uneducated does not become a victim.

No need to report. In your email client program, just mark it as Spam. The program should then recourse all succeeding emails from that address straight to your spam folder so that you won't need to see them again ever. The spam folder gets emptied automatically at certain periodic times.
