How do I contact the CRA for a question?

I need to ask a couple of general type questions from the CRA Canada Revenue Agency. about filing tax returns from 2013 and 2014. I can t find the answer on the website and I just get the runaround on the telephone menu. How can I speak to a human about my concerns?

(I want to know if I can print a form from their website and just fill it and fax it in for these prior years).

    Returns for 2013 and 2014 can still be submitted electronically through the EFILE and NETFILE systems. You either get the software and do it yourself, or have someone do it for you.

    If you really want to do it with paper, the forms are available at the CRA website. They must be mailed. CRA does not accept tax returns by fax.
