how do you go about building a TV network? what are the specific steps and are there any sample business plan out there we can access?

Update:

I meant a "Cable Network" like Starz, HBO...

    It's frightening that you think anyone would provide you a "sample business plan" for free. Business plans, if they're worth anything, are worth a lot of money. If you get a free one, it's going to be junk.

    That would be like asking, "I want to start a restaurant. Does anyone have a sample recipe book I could look at?"

    Save your money or it will all disappear so fast it will make your head spin.

    Watch Al Yankovich's documentary on his experience with it in: UHF.

    Also, start a YouTube channel instead.
