Look at their website to see who they are looking for. No, you don't have to be valedictorian. That title is awarded far after colleges have accepted students. You don't 'pass out' of classes, you can just take them early if you put into them by your teachers. When you can start taking college classes, if you can at all, is up to your school. A 4.0 GPA is the highest there is; weighted GPAs are meaningless and every school has their own.
