Please, focus on the fact that there is a big difference between a witness and an eyewitness. An eyewitness has to have seen the event taking place while witnesses are usually so only by hear-say.

One very old book with cloudy authorship says there 500 or so. Christians then count that as 500 eyewitnesses.
It is like saying 1000 people saw me levitate 10 feet off the ground and spin like a top last month. You want their names, testimony, validation they were actually there? Too bad. There all dead and I didn't get their statements.

Roman soldiers guarding Jesus's tomb were eye wittnesses,& then later on the World Super Power Roman Empire converted to Christianity,& declared Jesus King of Kings (FACT)..
Coincidence,I don't think so.You gotta remember that the Romans thought Jews were lower than dirt. And,they would never start worshipping a lowly Jewish carpenter,& DEFINITELY NOT A FICTIONAL JEWISH CHARACTER.
No,the Romans knew EXACTLY who Jesus was,& is;The only begotten Son of God.

No, none because of the FACT that he never died, but was mistaken for dead by the Romans.
Ehrman, an expert on ancient biblical manuscripts. In “Forged,” Ehrman claims that:
* At least 11 of the 27 New Testament books are forgeries.
* The New Testament books attributed to Jesus’ disciples could not have been written by them because they were illiterate.
* Many of the New Testament’s forgeries were manufactured by early Christian leaders trying to settle theological feuds.

The accounts of how He appeared to many, and what He said and did with them. Many occasions and many witnesses.
My favorite moment (but not the only amazing moment) was when He told Peter to cast his net on the other side of the boat. Love that! Ok, there is another personal favorite. When He told Thomas to touch and feel the scars/wounds from the Cross on His body. But there are more. Other surprising things when you pay attention.

We don't have eyewitness testimony... but decades later we have people who wrote that they heard there was lots of eye-witnesses who saw Jesus after he allegedly arose from the dead.

More than 500 of them
1Co 15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
1Co 15:4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
1Co 15:5 And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve:
1Co 15:6 After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.
1Co 15:7 After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles.
1Co 15:8 And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time.

I wonder also where are the eyewitnesses of the big bang.
