Why do people/strangers stop what they doing to stare at me?

Happens everyday when I'm in public , I'll be walking by and someone stops and stare at me but I don't stare back, because I don't want anything to do with them. If you going to stare at someone with a blank face and no smile why they staying at me when I'm not doing anything bit just walking by?

    There could be something extraordinary about you. Good or bad; anything from crossing your eyes to having silky hair.

    They might think you're attractive, but then again, they might have staring problems.
