I'm assuming your buying this from a private owner as this would not even happen from a dealer as you will need to show your license and registration in the first place.
Florida to California? That's a long drive not to get caught. Where do you plan on staying as it would take many days to get there. You can't get a hotel room most places without a drivers license unless you have a valid ID. So unless your going to sleep in your car that's fine if you take the time to find a spot where the cops won't bother you.

NO. No matter which car you buy, in FL, it will have a license plate and registration.
If you do NOT have a Driver's License....then you can't even buy a car.

No f*cking way. You cannot legally drive a car ONE FOOT on any public street without having a driver's license, a current registration on the car, and valid insurance on the car.

Sure you can. As long as you don't get caught. It's a simple gamble: How many cops are between the seller's location in Florida and your home in California, and what are the odds that not a single one of them will spot you on the road?
You sound almost dumb enough to think you could get away with it.

Of course not. You can't drive a car anywhere with no license.

Sure, and you might even make it without getting caught. The chances of passing through over half a dozen states without getting caught is slim. It's illegal in all states to operate a vehicle on public roads without license plates.

Don't bother. You'll probably be caught then your real problems will begin. Jail? Fines? You will need an attorney, and they don't work for free.

Yes, but you have to be extremely careful. If you;re caught running a red light or speeding you could be screwed.
