Is there any way to block articles from certain news organizations from appearing in Yahoo News?
Specifically the Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune and Business Insider, they all use login software which never works and its drives me nuts.

They won't block them because they're major news outlets. However, people will avoid them due to the hassle of reading them online, thereby reducing their advertising income. That's stupid business on their part.

You're confusing Yahoo for a website that actually has useful features.
Try news.google.com. It lets you do this, and much much more.

You used to be able to block individual stories...... but then Yahoo figured that was too much freedom. So that doesn't happen anymore.
