How can you upload huge amount of videos to your website without running out of storage?

I know unlimited hosting data plan, but I know the truth that it is just limited to a cap for maybe about 500gb... not really unlimited right?... sites like free anime sites like masterani.me and even pornsites that have tons of videos... I wonder if I can build a dedicated storage server at a certain place that can be connected to my website to host my mega files or there are any other way... I dont care really much about the cost because it is from my work and we'll fund it. Help will be really much appreciated or website links in building a big website... (We are just noob webmasters with big dreams..:)...) tnx in advance

One more thing: I just heard about rack servers and I saw that it has storage in it.... is this the answer to my question?
