Workout question?

okay so i work out A LOT. but today i worked on full body . but this is the longest ive ever worked out.. is it bad if you lift for 4 hours? i have a football scrimmage tomorrow and I fear that ill be SUPER sore. are there any ways for me to soothe the soreness because im feeling some in my back right now...need answers ASAP. thank you:

    Consume a lot of fruit, stretch, drink as much as possible and completely stretch out the best you can before your scrimmage. Your body will not be affected performance wise but your muscles will be tighter and more injury prone. Also before bed a light jog will help rid of all the lactic acid in your body.
