Can people with disabilities act differently?

If you didnt tell someone who had adhd or anger issued that they had it, do you think they would act differently?

Not knowing your diagnosis doesn't mean you're not disabled, it just means you don't understand your disability.

They would still have ADHD so still show ADHD symptoms - for example I wasn't diagnosed with ADHD or Autism until an adult, doesn't change the fact I showed symptoms/characteristics that disabled me while I was growing-up. Knowing my diagnosis now means that I can embrace who I am rather than making myself ill with stress by trying to act like I'm neurotypical, it also means I can ask for support if I need it and I generally know myself better.

They are treated differently. Libtards piss on them, as only the gays and blacks count.
