What is this song called?

Bare with me as a do a lousy description of this song. I'm pretty sure I heard it in a department store (Dillards, Khols, Ross, etc). It sounds like it's definitely sung by a black woman. It is a happy sounding, upbeat song; not a ballad or a slow song. I'm almost positive these aren't the right lyrics, but she says something like "give you all my LOVE!" She for sure says "love." When she says it she drops down a few notes, it kind of sounds like when Shakira does her throaty noise, but ONLY when she says "love." I think it's from the 80s? It has a bit of groove in it I think... please help!!!
