Did they get the home though a will? If so the terms should be in the will. If not I fear others are correct it will end up in court costing one side or both a lot of money. If it was some type of partnership it should have been worked out at the start. Again it seem the only winner here will be the lawyers. There are some things family should not do together but it is too late for that now.

We can do 3rd grade math and the two out of three siblings do have a majority.
But I don't see how having a majority means anything...
If she wants to keep the property and they don't = she buys them out of the property
If they want to keep the property and she doesn't = they buy her out of the property.
If she wants to keep the property and they don't, but she can't afford it or get a loan = she has to sell it.
Why? eventually the siblings will take her to court and force a sale. They will win and a bunch of money will be wasted on lawyers. She needs to avoid that stupid step.

Absolutely not. Ownership would be evenly split. However, 2 could force the
3rd to sell the home. The 2 could also buy the 3rd out. As well, the 3rd could
buy the 2 out,but not force it.

Yes and No. They can't force you to sell, but they can sue you for severance and have a judge force you to sell. Knowing this try to negotiate a larger cut when the house is sold, and get it in writing from them.

Didn't you guys contact an attorney and write up an agreement which you all need to abide by? Majority rules.
