Should you use a window fan to blow air OUT of the house while the air conditioner is on?

    There are other factors to consider but I believe the best use of the fan would be to circulate the air in the room you occupy provided your air conditioner is able to bring the temperature low enough to be comfortable. as another answerer stated blowing your cold air outside is pointless.

    No. The windows should remain closed to preserve the cooled and dehumidified air inside the house. I DO use small fans to stir the air inside the house to even out the hot and cold spots.

    Only if doing so brings cool air into the house somehow. You would be wasting the air conditioner's work.
