Here's your biggest problem; you are a narcissist.
Take a moment to read your own post, what do you see? I see someone who is self absorbed, this isn't about 'making the world a better place', this is about YOU wanting to create some sort of significance through yourself.
Want to know how you can keep from becoming part of the problem? Easy. All you have to do is recognize that not every thought in your head deserves an audience. So how about you go back to playing call of duty and feed your ego by setting the record for how many hot dogs you can chew on at once? Fair enough?
