I have stopped taking the birth control shot after a year of it and now since last week I started getting my period over night but it stops?
This happened after one month being off the shot it's like my period goes on at night then it just stops in the morning so is it really my period or something else?

It can take a little while for your body to return to normal after the birth control. I would say that after three months or so, if you haven't started normal cycles then you should see your doctor.
