How can I grt rid of E.D.?

I've asked a similar question already but got no results. I'm 23 and can't get a hard erection for sex. The desire is there but my soldier just won't salute. I quit smoking 4 days ago, I've been walking 6 miles a day, I stopped watching porn and still nothing. What can I do?
