I have 3 summary offenses from last year on my criminal record. No misdemeanors or felonies. Can I still be a prison guard?

Maybe its some sorta life crisis idk. Im 24 1/2 and im not livin too hot. I dropped outta college first year cuz it wasnt for me. I have a job in warehousing for f-ing walmart. It pays decent but i want something better. I live with a room mate til i can swing my own apartment. I drive a crappy car that wont pass inspection and i have bad credit so a car loan aint happening. I have a rough time meeting women (only ever had 3 short term gfs). I moonlight doing comedy and its locally pretty well received but that cant be my plan A career plan. Pretty much i wanna be a better adult. Im sober now. When i go out and have a good time its in moderation and responsibly. I want to be successful and now that the dark times are behind me i dont know where to go from here. What do i do?

I work with this girl. She s really cool. We have a lot in common and have been talking a lot. We hungout today and I learned she was 19(thought she was 21). I really like her tho. We are at similar stages in life. She s in college at the community college. I ll be starting trade school next fall. She will be 20 before I m 25. She s really mature. Should I date her? I m 23 years old I shouldn t have ED. This is recent. I have a hard time getting an erection and when I do it goes soft after a few seconds. Was worse yesterday but today I can at least get aroused. I read online that stress could be a factor as well as being a smoker and watching too much porn. Is it possible to get normal erections without medical aid or am I screwed?
