I got this baby female ball python about a few weeks ago. she was hurt when I bought her.?

Update:

It has scabbed over and she seems not to mind it. But she still won't eat. I have tired everything from dead pinkies to live pinkies. She had her egg yoke when I got her but that has seemed to be gone. How can I get her to eat. I am really worried about her. She isn't getting skinny or anything but I think she should at least eat. She isn't my first ball pythons I have had 3 before her. But she is the first one I ever got with the yoke on still. Please if you can give me any tips thanks.

Update 2:

she has already shed but still won't eat. I kept her in a damp area till her injury healed up. She is in a small plastic shoe box for now. But she is starting to move around and i will be upgrading her cage to a 10 gallon for a short time till I can save up for a 55 gallon tank and bedding. Just like my other 2 ball pythons are in.

I felt bad for her since she was the only female and I really wanted a female ball python.

First off why would you buy a hurt snake? Also if the yoke is still attached it just hatched and won't eat till after it sheds. It would need to be kept in a damp cage so it can shed right. What is the cage setup like?

Pinkie mice are to small for baby ball pythons
