Some guys are just like that. He's clingy and moving way too fast. The only way to put him down is to break up with him. You will eventually and he will be hurt, but guys like that will just cry or try to win you back by being nice, but you already know it's too soon for marriage or a commitment like that.

He can want whatever he wants but you need to advise him what your life plan is.
If it doesn't mesh, then you're not meant to be.
