Only if you have a VISA limitation on the hours you can work, OR if the two jobs are with the same overall employer where there may be laws that limit you to 40 or even 30 per week - if you are a citizen and you have one job for Shopko and one job for McDolalds then you are OK with the law, just be sure you have enough taxes withheld, you may end up owing at the end of the year
