I am seeing a lot of questions about the liberal media. Could someone define liberal media for me and give me concrete examples of who they?

The idea of a 'liberal media' is actually funny.

3 of the 5 major news networks are owned and managed by conservatives.

About 90% of terrestrial radio stations are owned and manged by conservatives.

More than 60% of the newspapers nationwide are owned and manged by conservatives.

This constant harping from the far right about the 'liberal media' is clearly intended to be a misdirectional ploy and an escape goat for the poorly informed base of conservatives.

Only 7% of journalists identify as Republicans:

The disparity automatically leads to bias -- even when people try to suppress their own partisanship and be fair. And most people would not even try -- human nature. (This is why referees and judges at international sporting events are usually chosen from countries not participating in the contest.)

Concrete examples abound -- recall, for example, the pile-up on Trump to "disavow" the unsolicited endorsement he received from David Duke. Hillary Clinton, on contrast, SOLICITED an endorsement from a crook Charlie Rangel (18 counts of ethics violations, according to Congress) and a racist like Al Sharpton -- actively campaigning with both without anybody in any newspaper or TV-channel pointing it out.

But the bias is not merely political -- subtle distortions of truth can be found in other topics. For example, when an illegal immigrant murdered an American couple, who helped him on the road, neither the local newspaper:

identified him as an illegal immigrant. Worse, the NYTimes article subtly changed his last name from "Mendoza", which would've pointed out his Latin America origin, to "Deniz". Moreover, the highly skilled journalists of NYTimes identified the victims as Native Americans from the Crow-tribe -- giving the story a hint of racism.

Thus the story about an illegal immigrant Mendoza murdering Americans became a story about (possible White Supremacist) Deniz killing Native Americans.

Most of the media except for right wing Fox!

Dirty Debbie Wasserman-Shultz emailed NBC's Chuck Todd to 'stop it' about talking about Hillary's email scandal!

In the past month a study shows that CNN aired 87% of their stories about trump were negative while 9% were neutral and 4% were positive in tone. Clinton had 19% negative, 29% neutral and 52% positive.

The Liberal media is just a bunch of crap. It's left leaning Corporate media

It's a media outlet that contends that climate change is real, Obama isn't a Muslim or foreign-born, Clinton isn't solely responsible for the Benghazi response, the economy is getting better, and that non-republicans don't hate America.

You know, facts-based nonsense like that.

Most of CNN with only Alysin as a moderate. All but one Establishment Republican on MSNBC.with Joe Scarborough. The network stations are completly dominated by Liberals but they are all owned by corporations that are the same liberals of the Hollywood studios. ...YOU JUST DO NOT SEE IT BECAUSE YOU ARE SO FAR LEFT

The liberal media is any media that promotes people working together or anything to with the environment.

The liberal media is anything that isn't conservative talk radio. They support a liberal agenda by not constantly promoting a purely conservative agenda.
