I can not find an accurate bra size- everyone is telling me differently!?
I wear a 34 B cup, yet a VS they say I should wear a 32 B (which is extremely tight on me). I then got it measured at another store and they say I am a 32A whic is crazy because my breasts wont even fit into a 32 A cup. The crazy thing about it is, I measured my bust and at the beginning of my NBE i was a 31, then a 32, and now im a 33 but my band is a 27 . What is my actualy breasts size? What is going on?? I tried it online and they claim I am a 30 C. Could that be true? Even my 34 B cup is starting to feel a little tight but not too tight.

It sounds like you should be a 30 B or maybe a 30 C. The number part of a bra size is based on your measurement were the band would rest below the actual breast. Whatever the measurement below your breast is, which you list as 27, you add two inches to that number, which would be 29, and that is your band size. Since bands usually come in even numbers only, that makes your band size a 30.
Once you know your band size, for every inch that your breasts are bigger than the BAND SIZE, your cup size goes up a letter. So, if your BAND SIZE is 30 and the measurement around your breasts is 32, then you are a 30 B. However, if your measurement around your breasts has increased to 33, then you might be more comfortable in a 30 C.
Make sure you are measuring at the correct places on your body. Take new measurements and use the calculator that I am providing a link to for you. Based on what you describe, I think you should try either a 30 C or a 32 C. A band size of 34 would be too large for you and would cause the bra to not give proper support if your measurement below the breasts is actually just 27.

To measure your band size: measure across the bottom of your band, directly underneath your bust and across your ribcage. Keep the tape straight around the back to front. If you get an odd number, round up to the next even number to get your band size.
To measure your cup size takes two steps: Step one is to measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust (with the tape straight across and around your back) bringing it to the front. Step two is to subtract your band measurement from step 1. The difference calculates your bra size --each inch represents a cup size. So if you measure a 34 inch band size, and a 36 inch cup size, the difference is 2 which means a B cup.
Be aware that not all bras are made equal. At VS I fit into a 32C but at Nordstrom's I fit into a 36C. You can use your measurement as a general rule of thumb but since all bras fit differently, the size can fluctuate between brands.

What are your measurements?
I get that your underbust is 27, but I'm not sure what your bust (fullest) is.
Your band is around a 28.
The 32B is tight because the cups are too small. It's also a bit of trial and error, as not all bras are made the same.
