I am about to have my house foreclosed on.?
a friend of mine has a problem. He is divorcing his wife. She turned around and lied to get a restraining order. When they were in court last month she testified that the payments were up to date. Another lie. In a few days the third payment will be late and they could lose the house. He has been paying rent and hasn t got the money to pay 3 payments. Or any payments as far as that goes. What should he do. If anything.

talk about last minute....depends, what you propose, it's a slippery slope.....can you afford to never see the money again? that is the most likely outcome.....but if you can afford to delay the foreclosure process by making a pmt or 2 or 3, you better hurry, but you need to be in the loop and make sure he understand s the limits to your offer.......you may be better off contacting zerodebt dot com, I hired them to delay the foreclosure procedure, and I needed to do some legwork too....but I delayed it for four years and never made a payment but since so many people are involved, that scenario may be weirder to them , and may just let the place go......but seriously, it is a decent option...you'll have to edit and print documents and file then at the courthouse or whoever has the time to do so will have to....it was 2500.00 to hire them, but you don't have much time, you could, if you have the money make onre payment to delay the foreclosure procedure,.....this thing is legit, but you got a lot of drama to deal with.....so all I can tell you it is a great option but you are rushing into something you really don't know much about....[[ http://zerodebtguaranteed.com/contact-us/ }} I do not work for them but I did hire them and stalled foreclosure for four years, they only guaranteed 2yrs.....call now and ask what your options are an explain all the drama.....at least you have one option, but only if you can afford it and have the time to file documents

As long as hes paying his maintenance nothing can happen - when the liar falls by the wayside he can point out to the court issuiing the restraining order that she lied on oath.

So, it's "your friend" or you?
Anyhow, either make the payments so she can take half, or let it go so she doesn't.
