No one knows the answer to this question.

In theory we all have the anatomy needed in order to squirt - clitoris, bladder, vagina, paraurethral sponge, skene's glands (Clitourethrovaginal Complex Anatomy) - whether the various anatomical features can come together to bring about the function of ejaculation in the form of squirting in all females...literally, no one knows for sure.

There's been so little focus on female sexual anatomy in medical science, particularly in relation to pleasure rather than just reproduction, throughout the years that very little is fully understood and it was only earlier this year that scientists were able to positively identify there are two forms of ejaculate and where 'squirting' comes from.

There's also the issue of orgasm inequality, the way we think about sex as penis-to-vagina and ending when the man climaxes means that often women simply don't reach a level of arousal they may need to ejaculate.

Edit: Female ejaculation, even in the form of 'squirting' is NOT urine.

OK so first of all squirting is not urine although it comes from your urethra. It is not easy for a female to reach that point and because so many people insist it's urine a lot of women are afraid they are going to pee themselves. Proper g spot stimulation can put pressure on the bladder so you may have a slight feeling as if you had to pee. Most women over think it and most guys don't know how to make it happen. But to answer your question ..yes all women are capable

No. It cannot be learned. You are either born with the ability or not. The porn industry started all of this. It is relatively easy to teach a woman to squirt a small amount of urine, which is not true squirting.

I had read an article stating that it is not squirting ***, but that it's actually from pressure put on the bladder...that its actually a mixture of vaginal discharge and urine. Research it.
